悬挂式细胞培养插入皿
培养皿侧壁由聚苯乙烯(PS)制作,培养皿底部为具有渗透性的滤膜。放置到细胞培养板中,细胞在滤膜上生长,可给细胞提供全方位的营养供给,更为接近真实的体内环境。多种材质和规格的滤膜可用于不同的研究领域,如细胞分析观察,细胞转运,细胞共培养,细胞迁移和组织模型构建等。Transwell 专利的自动归位设计,可避免皿壁与板壁之间产生毛细现象。采用悬挂式的设计,在共培养时不会影响底层细胞的生长。均为无菌包装。
三种类型膜中,PTFE膜由于特殊的制作方法没有特定的孔密度,而PET和PC膜都有标识孔密度,PET膜孔密度低于PC膜,但PET膜具有更好的光学透明度。
